Levels of Instruction

Elementary:
1) Form of the shot fundaments
2)"Catch and shoot" footwork for the spot up, run to shot, 1/4 turn catch and shoot, 1/2 turn catch and shoot

3) Proper footwork for effective shooting off screens
4) Developing the explosive first step from "loaded position"
5) Ball handling

Middle School:
1) Form of the shot fundamentals
2) "Catch and shoot" footwork for the spot up, run to shot, 1/4 turn catch and shoot, 1/2 turn catch and shoot
3) Learning to read and be effective shooters using screens including the straight cut, fade, flair, curl, slip, pop, and ball screens
4) Developing the explosive first step from "loaded position"
5) Creating shots from "loaded position"
6) Ball handling

High School- College:

High school - College offers an off-season shooting program for the player looking to be the most consistent and effective scorer possible. All the fundamentals for the BEST program will be drilled and reviewed with the most effective and high level drills necessary to make the players instinctive in game speed situations. This level is designed to make the players' game instinctive, mentally tough, extremely consistent, and the complete high level shooter and scorer.
