A video of a personal shooting workout: This should be a workout of game speed shooting and the video should have close-up video taken from the front, guide hand side, shooting hand side, and rear view of the shooter. I would like to see approximately 50 catch and shoot type shots taken.

4. A video demonstration of the drills used in the daily workout.
